Directonaut is operated by Diletta Luna OÜ (registry code 14646450), located at Sepapaja 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

To ensure clarity throughout these Terms, we define the following terms:

• Service: The Directonaut platform, including all its features, tools, and functionalities
• User: Any individual or entity using our Service
• Content: Any information, data, text, or materials submitted to or through the Service
• Directory Submissions: The process of submitting User websites to various online directories
• AI Tools: Our artificial intelligence-powered research and analysis tools

Directonaut provides AI-powered tools for:

• Customer discovery and market research
• Automated directory submissions
• Data-driven growth strategies
• Website analysis and optimization recommendations

While we strive to maintain high service quality, we cannot guarantee directory acceptance or specific marketing outcomes. Directory submissions are subject to each directory's individual acceptance criteria and policies.

Regarding directory submissions: The number of submissions indicated in our service represents the number of submission attempts we make on your behalf. We cannot guarantee acceptance by any directory, as each directory maintains its own listing criteria and acceptance policies. The actual number of successful listings may vary and is entirely at the discretion of each directory.

This is a one-time purchase software with a fair use policy. "Lifetime access" means:

• You receive access to the service for as long as it continues to operate
• Your use should be reasonable and for a single business entity
• Your account is personal and may only be shared with employees or contractors working directly for your company
• In the event of service discontinuation, refunds will only be considered if the service was available for an unreasonably short period relative to the purchase date
• We reserve the right to limit or suspend access if usage patterns indicate automated scraping, abuse, or usage that could compromise service stability
• Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis through our contact form

Our Service utilizes various AI tools and models, including third-party AI services. Regarding AI usage:

• AI outputs are generated using models beyond our direct control
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content or recommendations
• We are not liable for any financial losses, business decisions, or other damages resulting from following AI-generated advice or recommendations
• Users should exercise their own judgment and verify AI-generated information before making business decisions
• AI tools are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional financial, legal, or business advice

While our AI tools may analyze your business ideas and strategies, we have no interest in or intention to appropriate your intellectual property. Your business ideas remain your exclusive property. We use your information solely to provide our services and improve user experience, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Data Processing Notice: Our AI tools process your inputs to provide recommendations. This processing is necessary for service provision and occurs primarily within the EU, with some processing potentially occurring in other jurisdictions with adequate data protection measures.

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Diletta Luna OÜ and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process this content for service provision purposes.

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

• Payments are processed in advance for the selected subscription period
• All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT, which will be added at checkout based on your location
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
• - The directories add-on is not eligible for refunds
• - The website analysis feature must have been used no more than once per URL
• - Refund requests must be submitted through our contact form within 7 days of purchase
• After the 7-day period, refunds will only be considered if the Service is continuously unusable for an extended period (minimum 14 days) due to technical issues that effectively prevent you from using the core features you purchased
• No refunds will be provided if our service terminates after you have had a reasonable period to utilize its features
• All refund requests will be evaluated at our sole discretion
• No refunds are provided for directory submission rejections, as these decisions are made by third parties

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and Estonian Personal Data Protection Act. By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

• We act as a data controller for your account information and as a data processor for content you submit
• We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law
• You have the right to request data export, correction, or deletion via our contact form
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data

To the maximum extent permitted by law: We provide the Service "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Specifically regarding AI tools and directory submissions:

• We are not liable for any consequences resulting from AI-generated advice or recommendations
• We do not guarantee directory acceptance rates or marketing outcomes
• We are not responsible for third-party directory policies or decisions
• We make no warranties about the effectiveness of marketing strategies suggested by our AI tools

Your business ideas and intellectual property submitted to our Service remain your exclusive property. While we may analyze this information to provide our services, we explicitly disclaim any interest in appropriating or commercially exploiting your business concepts beyond the scope of our service provision.

Service Availability: While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Occasional maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Any invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be modified to the extent necessary to render it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its intent, or if such modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• Your usage threatens our Service's stability or other users
• We are required to do so by law
• We decide to discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
