Welcome to Directonaut, a service provided by Diletta Luna OÜ ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), registered in Tallinn, Estonia. By accessing or using our app, website, services, or tools (collectively, "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service.

The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using Directonaut, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may amend these Terms without notice. Check them from time to time. If the Date of Last Update is more recent than your last visit, please review them again. Your continued use of the Directonaut or purchase or use of our services after an update means you accept the new Terms.

Directonaut is designed to offer services to add the user's website ("yours") to various directories or social media groups according to the user's chosen criteria. Directonaut is also a service-platform that provides users with access to a comprehensive list of directories related to their line of business.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company.

To access the Service, you are required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.

The cost of our Services is detailed on the website as well as in the order itself. In case the user wants to add his site to the list of paid directories, which is indicated in advance, he is also obliged to pay an additional cost, which is specified and calculated on the site of such a paid directory. We do not affect the cost of placement in such directories in any way.

To facilitate your purchase, we require your credit card information. However, please note that we do not directly handle payment processing. Instead, this task is managed by Stripe, a reputable payment processing company. When you input your credit card details on our site for order purchases, we do not retain, use, or store this information. Your financial details are securely transmitted to Stripe, which then processes the payment on your credit card. We do not have access to your financial information.

All intellectual property rights related to the Service and its original content, trademarks, logos, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Diletta Luna OÜ and its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of the Directonaut's intellectual property without the Company's prior written consent.

You retain all rights to any website you submit through the Service ("User Website"). By submitting/scanning the User Website, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display information about such website solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind that the chosen directories will accept the User's site for listing. The Company has no influence whatsoever on the decision of the directories to accept or reject a User's site submitted for inclusion in the directories. Directories reserve the right to reject a user's request to have their site listed without giving any reason.

In no event will the Company, its affiliates, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

You agree that:

• you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when using Directonaut;
• you must not use Directonaut for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes;
• you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account;
• any contact/personal information provided by you to us is true and accurate;
• you will not disrupt or interfere with the security of Directonaut, or otherwise abuse, Directonaut or any services, system resources, accounts, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through Directonaut;
• you will not transmit through or on Directonaut any viruses or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files;
• you will not use, frame, or utilize framing techniques to enclose Directonaut trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images/text found on Directonaut, or the layout/design of any page or form on Directonaut);
• you will not reverse engineer or create derivative works based on Directonaut or any content available through our App including, without limitation, any software;
• you will not obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to Directonaut or areas of Directonaut that are restricted from general access.

Without our prior written consent, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, use, or sell content found on Directonaut;
• use the content of Directonaut for any commercial purpose.

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Directonaut and services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
